Council session

21.104 To note apologies and accept valid reasons for absence Nil

21.105 To receive declarations of interest The Clerk to Council declared an interest in all matters relating to the Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils         

21.106  Minutes of previous meetings  It was Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 9th August 2021 be approved.

21.107 To consider the B1190

• Documents from Elancity relating to speed reaction signs to be considered by all councillors to come back with concrete proposals to discuss next month.
• Pedestrian crossing in Doddington: LCC will need to find sources of funding for the next investigatory stage.
• The clerk reported that correspondence had been sent to Doddington Hall and Cedar Parc about hedge cutting

21.108 To consider community development. No progress. Remove from future agendas.

21.109 To consider Christmas activities Item deferred to next meeting with a request for report from Cllr Mathers.

21.110 To consider volunteer activities 

• Community Speedwatch - no activity
• Litter picking- change date from 26th September to 10th October. A report has been sent to NKDC regarding last year’s grant and a new grant requested.

21.111 To consider banking arrangements A report was considered relating to changes to be introduced by HSBC

• Dual authorisation options from HSBC to be investigated
• Information on investment opportunities to be requested from CCLA

21.112 To consider electricity supply No alternative to the current arrangement with EON was available

21.113 To consider policies and documents for review or introduction

• It was Resolved: That the updated inventory of land and other assets be accepted.
• It was Resolved: To accept the Schedule of Insurance and premium from Came and Company
• It was Resolved: That the Freedom of Information policy be reviewed without change.

21.114 Planning

• To consider planning applications validated since the last meeting of council Nil
• To note planning decisions received since the last meeting of council Nil

21.115 Finance

• To review and consider payment of accounts

It was Resolved: That Council approve the payment of accounts

• To review budget, income and expenditure to 6th September 2021

The budget was reviewed: no concerns.

21.116 To note correspondence received since the last meeting of council and consider any recommendations                                        

LALC AGM: Tickets to be booked for Cllrs Beale (from lunchtime) and Patrick

21.117  To consider items for inclusion on the agenda for the next meeting of the Parish Council, to be held at The Cabin, Blackmoor Farm, Doddington on 11th October 2021
