Q: Can a daily report on COVIC cases be made available at district or county level?

21.01 To note apologies and accept valid reasons for absence Nil
21.02 To receive declarations of interest Cllr Beale declared an interest in item 6, Tree Protection Orders
21.03 Minutes of previous meetings It was Resolved: that the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 14th December 2020 be approved.
21.04 To consider drainage in Doddington
• Correspondence from NKDC and Upper Witham Internal Drainage Board was considered.
• Concern was raised that the slope of the new development at Paradise Row directed surface water towards Main Street. The Clerk would pass on this concern to NKDC.
21.05 To consider traffic on the B1190
No progress.
21.06 To consider application for Tree Protection Orders
• Information relating to trees near Blackmoor Farm to be passed on NKDC trees officer for assessment.
• Clerk to contact North Hykeham Town Council to enquire about support they can provide.
21.07 To consider a response to the NKDC cycling strategy

21.08 To consider appointment of an internal auditor
It was Resolved: to appoint Mrs V Milstead as internal auditor for the period up to and including the financial year ending 31st March 2022
21.09 To consider recommendations arising from staff appraisal
• It was Resolved: that the clerk’s salary be increased by one point on the National Joint Council pay scale
• It was Resolved: that the Clerk may apply for Principal membership of the Society of Local Council Clerks
21.10 To consider Council’s budget and precept requirements for 2021-2022It was Resolved: That the 2021-2022 budget and precept request to NKDC be set at £8,526.99
