NKDC Apologies were received from Cllr Overton

LCC Cllr Thompson reported on highways and drainage issues on the B1190 and in Eagle Moor

21.64 To note apologies and accept valid reasons for absence

Apologies were accepted from Cllr Whiles

21.65 To receive declarations of interest      

The Clerk to Council declared an interest in correspondence from Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils                                              

21.66   Minutes of previous meetings  

It was Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 5th May 2021 be approved.

21.67 To consider a schedule of meetings and venues for the civic year 2021-2022

It was Resolved: That meetings would be held at The Cabin on the second Monday of each month

21.68 To consider community development

The check would check with NKDC questions about the S106 agreement for 7/1865/FUL Paradise Row, Doddington

Preparations can be started for a community event for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, 5th June 2022.

21.69 To consider parish entrance gates

Cllrs Cunniffe and Patrick to consider possible locations.

21.70 To consider Community Speedwatch

It was Resolved: That new locations at Eagle Moor and Thorpe Road Whisby be approved.

21.71 To consider council email addresses and assistance required

Members will follow the written guidance provided and contact the clerk if more assistance is needed.

21.72 Planning

i. To consider planning applications validated since the last meeting of council

21/0558/HOUS Fields End, Main Street Doddington

Amended plans, part demolition of existing property and outbuilding and erection of 2 storey side and rear extension

Comment sent under delegated authority:

My council had no comments to make on the construction and design of the building when it was discussed in May. I have consulted members of council by email about the amendments to this application and have no further comments.  I am using delegated authority to pass on this information. 

ii. To note planning decisions received since the last meeting of council

20/1775/HOUS 4 Smythson Green Doddington Erection of porch to front elevation, insertion of 3 roof lights to west  elevation & alterations to existing boundary wall & gates.

Amended plans showing revised porch to address conservation officer comments

Decision: approved

i. To review and consider payment of accounts

It was Resolved: That Council approve the payment of accounts

ii. To review budget, income and expenditure to 22nd June 2021

Bank statement received: £27,299.66 at 30th May 2021         

Online balance £27,281.32 at 16th June 2021

Expenditure since last meeting: £531.18                                      

Expenditure year to date: £3,069.86

Income since last meeting Nil

The budget was reviewed: no concerns.
