21.37    To note apologies and accept valid reasons for absence Nil
21.38    To receive declarations of interest      The Clerk to Council declared an interest in correspondence from Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils                                              
21.39     Minutes of previous meetings  It was Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 8th March 2021 be approved.
21.40    To consider arrangements for meetings of council to be held from May 2021
i.    To set a date for the Annual Meeting of Parish Council
It was Resolved: That the Annual Meeting of Parish Council be held remotely at 7:30pm on Wednesday 5th May 2021
ii.    To consider dates for subsequent meetings of parish council
No dates were scheduled
It was Resolved: That an annual subscription for Zoom be renewed through LALC
21.41    To consider delegated authority for the clerk
No changes were made to the agreed scheme of delegation. 
21.42    To consider litter picking
The next litter pick was scheduled for 25th April. Vouchers for participants will be provided by Doddington Hall.
It was Resolved: That an updated risk assessment for litter picking be approved
21.43    To consider drainage in Doddington
Correspondence with Doddington Hall and Lincolnshire County Council was noted. 
21.44    Planning
i.    To consider planning applications validated since the last meeting of council

21.45   Finance 

i.        To consider pension provision for the clerk to council
It was Resolved: That Council contribute to a NEST pension for the Clerk
ii.        To review and consider payment of accounts
