Notes of the Meeting of Parish Council held remotely on Monday 14th September 2020

Reports from representatives
NKDC Cllr Overton reported on: Central Lincolnshire Local Plan; changes to planning; grants for business; new COVID recovery fund; NKDC officers and members still working online; boundary commission report; elections; NKDC plan for cutting carbon emissions; purple bin pilot.
LCC Cllr Thompson reported on: LCC green management proposals; steps to support cycling, walking, bus shelters. Full LCC meeting to be held 18/9/20. No progress on B1190. Response on Eagle Moor verges correspondence

20.93 Minutes of previous meetings
It was Resolved: that the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 10th August 2020 be approved.
20.94 To consider traffic on the B1190
No progress
20.95 To consider continuation of the scheme for delegated authority
It was Resolved: that the scheme for delegated authority be continued
20.96 To review inventory of land and other assets
The asset register was received
20.97 To consider renewal for insurance
It was Resolved: to accept the quote for insurance from Ecclesiastical on a three year agreement
20.98 To consider a parish event
Cllrs Whiles and Beale would plan an event
20.99 To note recommendations into the review of ward boundaries for NKDC
A verbal report was received from the clerk
20.100 To receive a report on volunteer activities
i. Litter pick
Nine participants collected in Doddington and Whisby. Various items of flytipping have been collected by NKDC.
Doddington Hall will offer a £5 voucher for future participants.
An annual litter picking grant has been applied for from NKDC.
ii. Community speedwatch
No activities held.

i. It was confirmed by resolution that the documents requested for the Foundation Level of the Local Council Award Scheme are published online
