It was Resolved: That apologies be accepted from Cllr Whiles

20.03 Minutes of previous meetings
It was Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 9th December 2019 be approved.
20.04 Matters arising from minutes
i. 18.99 Refurbishment of the Doddington telephone kiosk
Needs replacement upper signs and then ready to replace. Crowns to repaint and glass to clean. Arrangements to be made to reinstall. Estimated additional costs: £100 concreting; Allen signs £65; Electrician £75
ii. 19.36 Litter pick

• a request from Cllr Thompson regarding the speed camera
• parkrun to start in Doddington
• Post box moved across Main Street; clerk to contact Royal Mail regarding requested location
20.05 To consider staffing matters
• It was Resolved: To exclude members of the press and public in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings Act) 1960 due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed relating to staffing.
• It was Resolved: that the clerk’s salary be increased by one point on the National Joint Council pay scale

• It was Resolved: That the 2020-2021 budget and precept request to NKDC be set at £8,895
• It was Resolved: to set reserves at the following levels
