Reports from representatives
NKDC Cllr Overton reported on changes to planning; drainage within Doddington. He suggested that issues relating to drainage be raised with NKDC Planning department and Witham Internal Drainage Board
LCC Cllr Thompson provided a written report on referral of B1190 from Caroline Johnson MP to Department of Transport; Traffic Regulation Orders; planned survey relating to proposed pedestrian crossing in Doddington.

An accident on Black Lane crossroads was noted.

Clerk to contact Witham Internal Drainage Board and NKDC Planning
20.112 To receive a report on website progress
A verbal report was received. All backdated information should now be uploaded with contributions received from all members of council. Information leaflet to be uploaded when ready with details of local service providers.
20.113 To consider volunteer activities
• Litter pick to be held 18th October. Doddington Hall to provide vouchers for participants. Lincolnshire Echo to be asked to attend to report.
