LCC Cllr Thompson reported on: LCC Annual General meeting; LCC staff continuing to work from home; new police inspector in North Hykeham; Highways community maintenance teams
NKDC Cllr Overton reported on: Skellingthorpe animal rendering plant application and B1190; Household waste recycling centres; NKDC officers continuing to work from home; NKDC committees still working on reduced numbers

20.66 Minutes of previous meetings
It was Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 8th June 2020 be approved.
20.67 Matters arising from minutes
Telephone kiosk project now completed and ready for use.
20.68 To consider continuation of the scheme for delegated authority
It was Resolved: That the scheme for delegated authority continue with a review in 2 months.
20.69 To consider resumption of council activities in the community
It was Resolved: that risk assessments for Community speed watch and litter picking be approved.
20.70 To consider policies and documents for review or introduction
NALC Model standing orders (2018) were discussed. Clerk to make changes appropriate for this council for review at the next meeting.
20.71 To consider consultation on a model code of conduct
Members to consider the document for a council response at the next meeting.
20.72 To consider a parish event
No progress.
20.73 To consider publication of a parish newsletter
Clerk to arrange publication and distribution.
20.74 To consider the parish council website
The clerk reported on work needed for the new website.
