Draft notes of the Meeting of Parish Council held remotely at 7pm on Monday 10th August 2020

20.79 To note apologies and accept valid reasons for absence
Apologies were accepted from Cllr Mathers who had advised that she would be late to join the meeting.
20.80 To receive declarations of interest None received
20.81 Minutes of previous meetings
It was Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 13th July 2020 be approved.
20.82 To consider consultation on a model code of conduct
A draft response was prepared to submit to the Local Government Association
20.83 To consider policies and documents for review or introduction
- It was Resolved: That the amended Standing Orders be adopted effective from the next meeting of council
- It was Resolved: That the action plan be adopted as a working document
Queries were made regarding item 11 defibrillator and item 18 play areas. Clerk to check.
20.84 To consider traffic on the B1190
The Chairman gave a verbal report on a meeting held with Cllrs Overton and Thompson. LCC to investigate provision of a one-way weight limit restriction from North to South starting at A57 Drinsey Nook.
Additional meeting arranged with Dr Caroline Johnson MP and LCC officer for 11th August.
20.85 To consider dates for volunteer activities
Litter pick: Sundays 6th September and 18th October
Community Speedwatch: volunteers to arrange at their convenience
Clerk to write to all trained volunteers advising that surveys can restart
20.86 To consider accreditation under the Local Council Award Scheme
It was Resolved: That LALC be advised that Council meets all criteria for the LCAS Foundation Level
20.87 Planning
- To consider planning applications validated since 13th July
20/0958/HOUS The Old Bull Pens Kennel Lane Doddington.
Demolition of existing garage/outbuilding and erection of home office/playroom
Council had no comments to make.

Application to vary condition 5 (dwelling occupancy limitations) of planning permission 17/1865/FUL as varied by planning permission 19/0203/VARCON - Erection of 13 dwellings
20/1025/AEA Moor Farm Barns , Black Lane Doddington Application approved.
Application for Additional Environmental Approval in relation to planning application 17/0653/FUL (conversion and change of use of an existing agricultural barn to a single storey detached dwelling with incidental garden space and an ancillary vehicular access onto Black Lane)
