It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the Meeting of Parish Council held on 10th June 2019 be approved.

To consider the following items:
i. 18.69 Restrictions on traffic travelling on B1190 through Doddington No update
ii. 18.99 Refurbishment of the Doddington telephone kiosk Work has started on sanding paintwork; plexiglass removed; replacement of 21 panes will be: plexi £173.51/ Glass £302.31. GP to check price for each complete side in glass.
iii. 18.130 Community Speed Watch Two residents waiting to be trained
iv. 19:36 Litter pick Road signs ordered. 4 x hoops/ 2 x litter pickers now received. Clerk to request prices for magnetic signs to attach to vehicles
v. 19:63 Doddington Post box Resiting being considered by Royal Mail
vi. 19:64 17/1865 Paradise Row boundary: No response from Doddington Hall to correspondence sent.
Work in progress on Sunday; complaint made to and acknowledged by Doddington Hall
