It was proposed, seconded and Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting held on 11th February 2019 be approved. 

19.26    Matters arising from minutes

  •     18.69 Weight limit on traffic travelling on B1190 through Doddington                  

 Still ongoing. No invoice yet for £420 owed for Grace Machin report.
Clerk to request a meeting for council with Mr Birch and Grace Machin.
Request additional surveys from LCC on traffic count; Main Street near the church; Lincoln Road.

  •     18.99 Refurbishment of the Doddington telephone kiosk

Cllrs Cunliffe, Patrick to make a start on sanding and painting before the next meeting.

  •     18.130 Community Speed Watch

Another survey to be held 8am Wednesday 20th. Contact Sgt Whyte at Hykeham to see if he is available.

  •     19.05 Speed limit, Thorpe Road Whisby

New survey to be carried out when the road to Thorpe-on-the-Hill reopens.

  •     19:15 Street lighting

Price already given includes labour.

  •     19:17 Defibrillator:

If Doddington Hall use the defibrillator, they will check it but they are not happy to check on a routine basis. Parish Council to check weekly in line with manufacturer’s recommendation. Cllr Beale and Whiles to alternate.
New battery and pads in place now. Needs spare pads in place.
