NKDC    •    Cllr Overton asked about correspondence from a resident regarding development 17/1865 Paradise Row.
•    Cllr Appleby sent a written report relating to administration at North Kesteven; Cllr Overton agreed that the end product was as described, but said that the process described was not as given.
LCC    Cllr Thompson reported on: New chairman and vice-chairman at Lincolnshire County Council; LCC response to climate change; NHS 'Healthy Conversations'; Lincolnshire Show; B1190 correspondence with office of Dr Johnson MP.

19:61    Matters arising from minutes 
To consider the following items:
i.    18.69 Restrictions on traffic travelling on B1190 through Doddington No further progress
ii.    18.99 Refurbishment of the Doddington telephone kiosk No further progress 
iii.    18.130 Community Speed Watch One resident has expressed an interest and can be added to a waiting list for training
iv.    19:36 Litter pick Further equipment still to be ordered; road signs/ 4 x hoops/ 2 x litter pickers/ bin bags
19:62    To consider parish councillor vacancies.   
No response so far; clerk to continue to advertise
19:63    To consider the Doddington post box    
Contact details of a Royal Mail employee provided; clerk to enquire about re-siting of post box
19:64    To consider the boundary of Paradise Row. 
Clerk to check with Doddington Hall that the spinney boundary and current trees will be protected when the work on 17/1865 is complete.
19:65    To consider computer subscriptions and document storage.
