Doddington and Whisby Parish Council
Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held at The Cabin, Blackmoor Farm, Doddington at 7pm on Monday 5th December 2022.
Present: Cllr. G Patrick (Chair), Cllr. G Beale (Vice Chair), Cllrs. M Cox, E Mathers, S Whiles and M Cunniffe
Clerk: S Aikman
Also in attendance: Cllr M Thompson (LCC)
Public Forum
Cllr Thompson reported that were no updates on the drainage yet. The full LCC meeting was later this week.
Cllr Overton reported that the new Local Plan was currently going through.
Cllr Overton talked about the problems with sewage and storm overflows and the large amount of capital that would be needed for major works.

Following a vote it was resolved unanimously that the minutes from 7th November 2022 were an accurate record of the meeting.

5. Planning
a. Applications Received

6. To receive any updates on the unilateral undertaking to secure the £40K against traffic calming measures in the parish of Doddington.
No updates received. The consultant has spoken to LCC Highways who will be contacting Cllr Patrick.
7. To arrange installing the additional Speed Indicator Devices.
Cllr Patrick was asking Doddington Hall and, if necessary, TFM for help with the installation.
8. To report on footpath and bridleway maintenance works.
No work had been undertaken yet behind Top House. People were therefore walking on the field. Work had been undertaken on the bridleway by Doddington Hall staff.
9. To request revised Register of Interest forms, where applicable, as requested by NKDC.
Cllrs Patrick, Beale and Whiles still needed to send in forms.
10. Clerk and Councillors Reports (for information only), including a review of actions from minutes and matters that Councillors wish to be brought to the next or subsequent meetings.
No decisions may be made under this section, but councillors may wish to use this to flag up issues.
Plans for the King’s Coronation to be added to the January agenda.
The Clerk would send out information to support developing an emergency plan.
