AGENDA 4th July 2022

A Parish Council meeting will be held on Monday 4th July 2022 commencing at 7pm.  

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed on the attached agenda. 

The meeting is open to the public and there will be a 15-minute public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda.

1.   To receive any apologies for absence

2.   To receive any declarations of interest

In accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and consider any requests for dispensation in relation to Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or any other interests as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct

3.   To receive and approve: 

The minutes of the Parish Council meeting 30th May 2022, previously circulated to members and published in draft to the website as required under the Transparency Code for Smaller Authorities. 

4.   Finance

a)   To formally note items of income

b)   To formally approve items of expenditure

c)   Bank reconciliation for the year to date to be approved

d)   To review spend against budget 

e)   To update on the change of the Parish Council bank account to Unity Trust

f)   To renew any direct debits following the change of bank account

Conversion of single storey barn to provide a residential annexe.

b)   Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR THE WINNING AND WORKING OF MINERALS BY UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS.

Blackland Park Exploration (part of BritNRG Limited group) is applying to Lincolnshire County Council for planning permission for the drilling of a side-track to an existing oil producing well. The scope will also include testing, validation and long-term oil production using the existing site access off eagle road and ancillary facilities available at the Whisby wellsite, Eagle Moor, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN6 9DP

6.   To consider any updates relating to the purchasing of additional Speed Indicator Devices.

7.   To report on the meeting held with LCC Highways.

8.   To consider adopting the NKDC Code of Conduct.

9.   To agree the contract of employment for the Clerk.

10.   Clerk and Councillors Reports (for information only), including a review of actions from minutes and matters that Councillors wish to be brought to the next or subsequent meetings.

No decisions may be made under this section, but councillors may wish to use this to flag up issues.
