The Annual Parish meeting will be held on Monday May 12th May 2025 commencing at 7pm in the Grain Store, Doddington.
The Annual Meeting of the Parish is where the Parish Council invite parishioners to express their opinions on issues in the Parish. No votes taken at this meeting are binding on the Parish Council although they may consider them at future meetings. If any votes are taken only those on the electoral roll can vote on an issue – other members of the public can attend and express their opinion but not vote. The Parish Council will suspend any standing orders for this meeting.
