Notes of the Meeting of the Personnel committee held at The Coach House, Doddington Hall at 6:30pm on Monday 10th January 2022
In attendance:

Cllrs Cunniffe, Mathers, Whiles, Clerk to Council J Kilcoyne
Not attending:
1. To note apologies and accept valid reasons for absence Nil
Items of a confidential nature to be debated in the absence of the press and public under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960.
2. To consider matters arising from annual appraisal of the clerk
The clerk’s appraisal was discussed.
3. To consider any changes to terms and conditions of employment
It was Resolved: to recommend to council an increase in the number of hours in the clerk's contract in line with SLCC guidance.
It was Resolved: to recommend to council that the clerk's salary be increased by one scale point.
4. To consider annual leave
It was Resolved: to recommend to council that the clerk claim payment for annual leave with the March salary.
