Notice of Annual Parish Meeting for Doddington and Whisby

The Annual Parish Meeting for Doddington and Whisby will be held at 7pm at The Carruthers Room, Doddington Hall on 25th April 2022

Local government electors for the parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting which will be open to the public.

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:

1.   Minutes of the Annual parish meeting held remotely on 12th April 2021

2.   To receive a report from the Chair or the Parish Council

3.   To receive the clerk’s report on finances

4.   To receive a report from representatives

a.   Lincolnshire County Council

b.   North Kesteven District Council

5.   To receive a report from St Peter’s Church

6.   To thank volunteers who have assisted the Parish Council and the community

7.   To receive questions and comments from members of the public.
